How to fill a liquid nitrogen vapor tank for shipping:

Before you begin read and understand these Liquid Nitrogen Handling and Safety Instructions. To prepare the CT3-D Vapor Shipper for shipment place the empty canister in the tank for pre-cooling and fill the tank to the bottom of the neck with LN2. Insert the tank's neck stopper to prevent moisture from condensing inside the neck. Refill again in a couple of hours to the same level. Repeat the refilling again in a couple of hours. Wait at least 12 hours and pour the remaining liquid nitrogen out of the tank. In order for the CT3-D to be classified as a "dry shipper" you must pour out all the liquid nitrogen. Otherwise it is listed as "Hazardous Material" and carries a much higher shipping rate. Do not turn the tank upside down and shake as this will remove the LN2 from the hydrophobic material that has absorbed it and reduce the tank's holding time. The tank is now fully charged and ready for you to add your semen to the canister. The container top should be secured with a twist tie or small padlock and you are ready for safe spill-free shipping.
